BBQ'ED Prawns with Wholegrain Mustard
Ingredients
- 12 large prawns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard with Chardonnay White Wine or Maille Old Style Mustard
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
Preparation
- Place the prawns in a bowl
- Sprinkle the rice flour over them evenly
- Smear with the Maille Wholegrain Mustard or Maille Old Style Mustard all over
- Cook on a hot BBQ whilst brushing oil over them, serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or Maille Dijon mustard
