- 6 x thick slices fresh sourdough bread
- 2 cups julienne sliced vegetables (carrot, red cabbage, celeriac etc.)
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Maille Cornichons
- Mixed lettuce with herbs (arugula, chives, Romain lettuce etc.)
- Mix the finely sliced vegetables with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
- Transfer the vegetable salad to the slices bread and top it off with the radishes, Maille Cornichons and mixed lettuce.
