Cornichon Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maille mini cornichon
- 1/4 cup pitted olives
- 1-2 fresh chilli’s or to taste
- 2 tbsp.’s fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Original Mustard
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until a fine or thick chopped paste.
Tip:
Mix with mayonnaise and smother boiled and cooled pasta shells for a fresh pasta salad.
