Dijon Walnut Dip

Makes: about 2 1/2 cups of dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Maille Dijon Originale mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup water
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a Cuisinart. Blend for 60-90 seconds, or until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with vegetables, such as roasted cauliflower, artichoke hearts, carrots, Maille Mini Cornichons Classique, olives, tomatoes, radishes and broccoli. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
