Dijon Walnut Dip

Makes: about 2 1/2 cups of dip


  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Maille Dijon Originale mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water


        1. Add all ingredients to a Cuisinart. Blend for 60-90 seconds, or until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
        2. Serve with vegetables, such as roasted cauliflower, artichoke hearts, carrots, Maille Mini Cornichons Classique, olives, tomatoes, radishes and broccoli. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
