  1. Combine eggs, Maille® Cornichons, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Mustard in bowl.
  2. Evenly top toast with lettuce and egg salad. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper and garnish, if desired, with crisp-cooked bacon and chopped chives.
