Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. creme fraiche or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup arugula or watercress
  • 4 ounces low sodium ham, thinly sliced
  • 4 large egg, scrambled or fried
  • 4 whole grain rolls or whole grain English Muffins, toasted

      Preparation

      1. Combine Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard with creme fraiche in small bowl. Evenly spread English Muffins. Top evenly with greens, ham and cooked eggs. Season, if desired, with ground black pepper.
      2. Add sliced tomato and sliced avocado for a heartier sandwich.
