- 2 Tbsp. Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. creme fraiche or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup arugula or watercress
- 4 ounces low sodium ham, thinly sliced
- 4 large egg, scrambled or fried
- 4 whole grain rolls or whole grain English Muffins, toasted
- Combine Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard with creme fraiche in small bowl. Evenly spread English Muffins. Top evenly with greens, ham and cooked eggs. Season, if desired, with ground black pepper.
- Add sliced tomato and sliced avocado for a heartier sandwich.
