Maille Feta Cheese Bell Peppers On The BBQ
Ingredients
- 4 Different colour bell peppers cut in half
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Originale Mustard with White Wine or Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
Preparation
- In a bowl mix the feta cheese with the Maille mustard
- Smear the oil over the bell peppers
- Roughly fill the bell peppers with the Feta and mustard mix
- Place on a medium heated BBQ until well cooked on the outside, with a Maille Dijon mustard squeeze bottle drizzle the peppers and serve.
