Maille Cuban Sandwich

Servings: 6 sandwiches
- Slice rolls in half, lengthwise. Spread each half with ½ a tsp. Of Maille Dijon Originale mustard.
- Begin layering the ingredients on the bottom slice of bread, first starting with the Maille Cornichons halves. Next, add one slice of Swiss cheese, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of the roasted pork and finish with another slice of cheese. Place the top slice of bread on and press down to flatten the sandwich.
- Place a grill pan, or cast-iron skillet, on a medium-low heat burner and allow it to pre-heat. Once the pan is hot, generously brush each side of the sandwich with melted butter and place the sandwich on the pan. Use a spatula, or heavy lid, to press the sandwich as it’s cooking. After 3 minutes, flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3 minutes, continuing to press down and apply pressure to the bread. Remove from the pan. Slice diagonally and serve immediately, garnished with Maille Cornichons .
