      Preparation

      1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
      2. Mash egg yolks with Mayonnaise and Maille Traditional Dijon Originale Mustard.
      3. Spoon or pipe yolk filling into egg whites. Chill, if desired and sprinkle, if desired with chopped fresh parsley or chives and ground black pepper.
