Maille healthy sandwich

Need a light, flavorsome yet wholesome snack, this sandwich is the best recipe for that

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of wholegrain sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons Maille Dijon originale mustard
  • 2 leaves Red lettuce
  • ½ sliced sliced pear
  • 1 thin sliced carrot
  • 2 slices of goat’s cheese
  • 1 tablespoon almond slithers
Preparation
  1. On a hot grill toast the bread slices
  2. Spread the Maille Dijon originale mustard on the inner side of the slices
  3. Layer all the ingredients on top of the sandwich and sprinkle with the almond slithers
  4. Place the other layer of bread on top
Tips

You can do the same with any vegetable if you slice it thin for ease of eating
