Maille Punch cocktail
- 1½ ounces gin
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ ounce peach brandy
- ½ ounce honey
- ¼ teaspoon Maille Dijon Originale mustard
- Club soda, for serving
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Sprig of mint, for garnish
- Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
- In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, brandy, honey and Maille Dijon Originale mustard, and shake until the mustard has completely dissolved.
- Strain the cocktail into a icefilled rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, a sprig of mint and pomegranate seeds, then serve.
