Maille Tomato Pasta

  • 500 grams boiled penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olive
  • 1/2 cup sliced sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
  • 1/4 cup Maille tomato vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Boil the pasta for about 13 minutes
  2. Place the olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and oregano in a shallow pan and simmer on low heat until the pasta is ready
  3. transfer the pasta to the pan by either draining first or by transferring from pot with a slotted spoon
  4. drizzle about 1/4 of the Maille tomato vinaigrette bottle or as much as you like whilst tossing all ingredients together
  5. serve with sprinkles of Parmesan shavings
