Maille Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 500 grams boiled penne pasta
- 1/2 cup pitted black olive
- 1/2 cup sliced sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
- 1/4 cup Maille tomato vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
- Boil the pasta for about 13 minutes
- Place the olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and oregano in a shallow pan and simmer on low heat until the pasta is ready
- transfer the pasta to the pan by either draining first or by transferring from pot with a slotted spoon
- drizzle about 1/4 of the Maille tomato vinaigrette bottle or as much as you like whilst tossing all ingredients together
- serve with sprinkles of Parmesan shavings
