Massaman-Style Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice

  1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the chicken into strips, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the finely chopped onions and garlic and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken and brown. Add a teaspoon of Champagne Brandy & Christmas Spices mustard as well as the coconut milk. Season to taste, stir and let simmer.

Serve with freshly cooked basmati rice.
