Roasted New Potatoes

  • 2 Tbsp. Maille® Old Style Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs. red new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup roughly chopped shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme


      1. Preheat oven to 400°.

      2. Combine Maille® Old Style Mustard with olive oil in large bowl. Add potatoes and shallots; toss. Arrange in 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Bake until potatoes are tender and slightly brown, about 1 hour . Sprinkle with parsley and thyme. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
