Tortellini in Parmesan broth
- 1 cup, small tortellini
- 2 teaspoons Maille parmesan and basil mustard
- 17oz broth (vegetable, beef or chicken)
- 7oz water
- 2 tbsps. chopped basil
- Place the water and stock in a pot and bring to the boil, add the tortellini and boil for a further 3mins, remove from the heat, add the mustard and stir well until incorporated, sprinkle the basil and serve.
