4 Tortellini in Parmesan broth January 12, 2018 Ingredients 1 cup, small tortellini 2 teaspoons Maille parmesan and basil mustard 17oz broth (vegetable, beef or chicken) 7oz water 2 tbsps. chopped basil Preparation Place the water and stock in a pot and bring to the boil, add the tortellini and boil for a further 3mins, remove from the heat, add the Maille parmesan and basil mustard and stir well until incorporated, sprinkle the basil and serve.
