White Truffle Baked Camembert

20-30 minutes, Starter -

Ingredients

    Preparation

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200° C.

    2. Slice off the top of a camembert and spread one spoonful of Maille White Truffle mustard evenly over the cheese

    3. Return the top and bake in the oven for 25 minutes

    4. Drizzle oil and salt over the whole garlic bulb, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes

    5. In the meantime, toast the baguette

    6. Remove the garlic from the oven, squeeze out the caramelised garlic, mix with olive oil and season

    7. Spread the garlic paste on toast

    8. Remove the Camembert from the oven and serve with garlic toast.

    Serve with fresh figs, for the perfect sharing plate.
