Ingredients

For the Hollandaise Sauce:

 

For the Eggs Benedict:

  • Croissant or Slice of bread
  • 2 slices of smoked ham
  • 1 egg 

      Preparation

      For the Hollandaise Sauce:

      1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. That’s it!

       

      For the Eggs Benedict:

      1. On a plate, place half a croissant or a slice of bread, topped with 2 slices of smoked ham (you can also use bacon or prosciutto).
      2. Top with a poached egg.
      3. Drizzle with faux hollandaise sauce, fresh ground pepper and fresh herbs.
