Eggs Benedict with Faux Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
For the Hollandaise Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 tsp Maille Traditional Dijon Originale Mustard
For the Eggs Benedict:
- Croissant or Slice of bread
- 2 slices of smoked ham
- 1 egg
Preparation
For the Hollandaise Sauce:
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. That’s it!
For the Eggs Benedict:
- On a plate, place half a croissant or a slice of bread, topped with 2 slices of smoked ham (you can also use bacon or prosciutto).
- Top with a poached egg.
- Drizzle with faux hollandaise sauce, fresh ground pepper and fresh herbs.
