Maille Dijon Savory Holiday Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 lb of pizza dough
- 3 tbsp Maille Original Dijon divided
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 2 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 450F degrees.
- Roll out pizza dough.
- Spread two tbsp of Maille Original Dijon .
- Follow with slices of prosciutto and gruyere cheese.
- Roll the dough on the long side to make a log.
- Cut into 1” thick rolls and place them on a cast iron pan or baking pan.
- Whisk together melted butter, fresh herbs, honey and 1 tbsp of Maille Original Dijon .
- Pour the mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve them warm.
